Take a conscious pause from the noise of life and return to the wisdom of your body. This grounding experience blends breath, stillness, and sound to soothe your nervous system and guide you gently into the parasympathetic state—where true healing begins.
We’ll start with calming breathwork designed to tone the vagus nerve and shift you out of “fight or flight” into deep rest. Then, settle into Yin-inspired postures supported by props, allowing tension to melt and your body to unwind. A live sound bath will carry you even deeper—using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and healing tones to create an immersive experience of relaxation and regulation.
Bring your mat, and an open heart.
